Controller
Linear, plus / minus type vertical rolling contact voltage regulator:
Our industrial voltage Stabilizers are provided with regulators that have
self lubricating carbon roller assemblies instead of carbon brushes. Apart
from this, we use electrolytic grade rectangular copper strip instead of
copper wire. These arrangements minimize overall losses while increasing the
efficiency.
Double wound buck / boost type series transformer:
The industrial voltage Stabilizers have buck/boost type transformers that
have CRGO lamination to minimize iron losses. The coils of these
transformers are wound with heavy section of multi-strips electrolytic
copper.
Electronic control circuit and meter panel:
We provide our industrial voltage Stabilizers with very simple electronic
control voltage circuit that facilitate easy voltage monitoring/controlling.
Note: The regulator and the buck/boost transformers of our industrial
voltage Stabilizers are oil cooled. Both are placed in same or separate
steel tanks, as specified by the clients. Besides this, the coils of voltage
regulators and buck/boost transformers are oven dried and vacuum
impregnated.
Components of Power Industrial Voltage Controller
Core
Core is made of cold rolled sheet steel duly grain oriented and annealed
laminated. There are special frames to clamp the core in order to reduce the
magnetic noise.
Winding
Either synthetic enameled copper conductors or paper covered electrolytic
grade copper strip is used for coils winding. The electric ovens dried coils
are provided with cooling ducts in order to keep the temperature as low as
possible.
Insulation
Best quality compressed Parmali board or Japanese made insulation paper is
used for insulation.
Oil
In our industrial voltage Stabilizers, we use only double filtered oil that
is tested for resistivity, dielectric constant and acidic characteristic.
Tanks
The tanks are fabricated using superior grade MS plates/sheets. Moreover,
we provide tanks with automatic bracing and stiffeners.
Paint
There is a epoxy coating on the external surface of the system to ensure
corrosion resistance.
Meters & Control Systems
Only best control systems and AE meters are used to ensure ease of
operation and precise measurement respectively.
Why Industrial Voltage Stabilizers
Due to the unbalanced/fluctuating power supply, the motors of any
industrial plant/machinery suffer greatly in terms of efficiency and smooth
operation. Sometimes, it may cause breakdown or deterioration for the
machinery/plants. The effect of unbalanced input voltage on three phase
motor includes:
- A 5% unbalanced input voltage may reduce the capacity of the motor by
40%. Simultaneously, it may increase the electric consumption by 20
