We design and engineer tailor-made electricity rectifiers that are suitable for marginal overloading conditions. Our power rectifiers are available in various capacities ranging from 200 A to 15000 A and different output DC voltage. These rectifiers are very suitable for various electrochemical processes including anodizing, electroplating, hydrogenation etc.

The rectifiers are designed for 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply for a voltage range of 380-440 V. We can also design and manufacture power rectifiers for 60 Hz, AC supply for any requisite voltage range.

DC Output Control

We provide our electricity rectifiers with DC output control that control the output of voltage/current by varying input voltage/current. In our rectifiers, mostly roller type voltage regulators are used as DC output control. We use vertical coil type rolling carbon regulator.

Advantages of Roller Type Regulator than Conventional Rectifier

Power factor is high - over 98%. The power factor ranges between 50% to 75%.
There is no wave distortion at any load resulting the electrical wave from like a moving wheel. Due to the wave form distortion, the electric wave represents a wheel cut by 50%.
The system is simple and can be easily repaired/maintained. The system is specialized and need specially trained experts for repairing/maintenance.
Carbon roller, which rolls on a coil, has longer service life. Carbon brushes, which slide on coil, have less service life due to sliding on coil.
The copper section for particular current is 3 times higher in roller regulators than conventional. Copper section for particular current is 1/3 than roller regulator type rectifiers.
Overall losses are less. Overall losses are higher.
